They are three studies related with this subject that the Institute of Evaluation elaborates or coordinates: State system of Indicators of the Education (edition 2007), Indicadores of the OCDE, project INES (edition 2008) and Educative Aims and Points of Reference of the European Union 2010 (edition 2007).

The Institute of Evaluation, is the new name given to INECSE (National Institute for the Evaluation and Quality of Education System) by the new Organic Law of Education.
It is located in Madrid, Spain, as a department of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science that reports directly to the General Secretary of Education.
